I need calm when I get home after a day of stress and rushing at school. I love these Miracle noodles. If you are looking for something low in carbohydrates, try it out. Here are the various meals I made with Miracle noodles. But first, let me give you an insight into my day as an educator and why I need this food to calm me at the end of the day.
I want to make something quick, easy, and healthy when I come from work. Most teachers can tell you that it is difficult to find time to eat during the school day. Yes, as a teacher, I only get 15 minutes for recess and 30 minutes for lunch. Sometimes, teachers give up their recess and lunch to help students.
At the end of the school day, I have 10 minutes to get to my next meeting. Now in those 10 minutes, I must close my room, help several students waiting to talk to me, and anxiously try to call back a parent. Sometimes, it is overwhelming because I answer the students’ questions quickly while trying to explain a concept in two minutes. Inevitably at this stage, you are late for your faculty meeting. The frantic rush across the campus begins because all faculty meetings are now in person.
Out of breath at the meeting, I emailed the parent. You sit at these meetings exhausted, wishing you had this time with your students. Instead, please wait for it; you are attending a meeting where someone reads the PowerPoint. We can all read, why not send the information via email.
What? I need more time with my students. Who am I? I am a teacher, and my job is to help my students achieve and succeed. Instead, teachers must attend mandatory meetings. There is no way around it. Yet, I have these students who need help. Well? What do teachers do? We tell our students to see us at lunch or recess for help and, most times, after school.
Teachers need to take care of themselves to serve our students. At the end of the day a healthy bowl of miracle noodles calms me.

Yes… so true of course- too many things on the plate, things fall off, get lost or obscured, often time the most important thing(s)😓
Teachers are caring, committed heroes! As a (now retired) teacher I was moved by your description of the stress of the overwhelming days teachers experience while striving to provide educational content, support, direction, and encouragement for all our students to succeed.
